Absolutely stellar service from beginning to end. Our water heater exploded out of nowhere and water was rushing out of our attic like crazy! It was a terrifying situation but they showed up almost immediately to help us with our emergency! Within the same day they had a quote for us to fix everything - replace the water heater (we actually upgraded to tankless and we love it), clean up all of the wet mess, remove and replace all the damaged drywall, etc. they had an amazing efficient team and got the job done with such attention to detail! They were priced so great and I would recommend them 10 times out of 10! We knew to call them because we had used them for a smaller job for a pipe that wouldn’t drain from our tub - but I didn’t know how great they were for bigger projects too! I’ve been meaning to write this for awhile now but I just have to say how great the experience was with Zach and team at Plumbing Unit. I tend to have a lot of questions when it comes to larger projects and everyone was so patient and answered any questions I had. The team did a great job and made sure to follow up on all the little details afterwards. If you need to have all your old cast iron pipes replaced like I did then I highly recommend giving them a call. They price was very reasonable and having a team hand dig and replace the lawn made for a much cleaner finish. I actually had a neighbor stop by to tell me it was the best job he had seen in the years he had lived in the neighborhood. ~ Joel C

I called Plumbing Unit for some leaky pipes going into my water heater. They came out the same day - Zach was my guy. He was very kind, professional, and listened to what I wanted. I’m aware my water heater is old but I’m on the mindset of if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. He respected that, told me info about my water heater and when he would suggest to get a new one, and then fixed my issue all within the same day. I really appreciate this because many times I have felt pressured to make some other big expensive purchase when I really just needed a repair. Finally I found a reliable company that have workers that actually solving problems and not fixing it temporarily!!!!! In the past I had plumbers coming to fix my sink stocked up and causing a leaking as well because of that and spending an hour or so saying all good getting their payment and the sink is stocked up again within a month or two😩 Plumbing unit team came to my house at 9:15pm!!! After their working hours and stayed for 4 hours! Until 1:20am taking so much buildup Greece and oil from my pipes going deep as 80 fit!!!! And on top of it this hard worker stayed to clean all the oil and Greece!!! I am more than impressed! I definitely found finally a good reliable plumbing company🙏🏻 ~ Michal H

Every toilet in our home plus our bathtub decided to nonstop overflow on a Thursday at 9pm. We called Plumbing Unit and the women I spoke with was very kind and knew exactly where the tech was and when he would be arriving. We received texts with our plumber's updated location, so we were never guessing his arrival time. Zack arrived within 45 minutes and came with the most positive and kind attitude. He worked diligently until the problem was fixed while it was raining outside. His amazing attitude never wavered and he fixed our problem. Thanks god i found this guy zach . I had a problem with the plumbing in my house for several months, 3 people came and tried to fix it without success. I got their phone number from a distant friend. The guy arrived on short notice, came up with an innovative and good system, found the problem in less than 30 minutes, a team arrived that same day to fix it, the price was excellent, much less than what I received from competing companies. So our washer decided to back up into our sink unbeknownst to me and I turned the garbage disposal on and flooded my laundry room and kitchen (yay me!!!!). I called Plumbing Unit who got me on the schedule the same day AND had someone out within 3 hours. Zac is the plumber that showed up and he was a godsend. Let me start with.. WOW!!! We had 2 companies come out to install our dishwasher in 2 days. The quotes for installation were way too high. Most were more or close to the cost of the dishwasher. Plumbing Unit was recommended and they were amazing.. called within 10 minutes, technician was here within an hour ( this is at 4:30 pm). He went and bought a few parts he needed and our dishwasher was installed the same day and 1/2 the price! Again-WOW! Would recommend to anyone. Our bathtub faucet would not stop dripping and the handles had become very hard to turn, so we called this company to come take a look. They sent Elmer out and he was great to work with. He quickly diagnosed that the tub cartridge needed to be replaced and explained everything in a way we could understand. Zack showed up to address one lingering issue where an external faucet had been linking. Because the current system is over 20 years old, he inquired about any other external faucets. He determined that a second external faucet was at risk of becoming a similar large problem if not corrected. Because time was an issue, we chose to just fix the current leak at the moment. However, we'll have him return at a later date to address the second issue. He completed the one repair in about half the time we thought it would take. Well done, Zack. ~ Rob W

This amazing company is so great!!! They act so fast to help you!!! During this last week during another Texas crazy storm, went above to assist me with faucet covers so my pipes didn't bust. They sent an amazing employee to put faucet covers on my outside ones. Not only did he come out early he also tightened my leaking ones. Highly recommend!!!!!! Thank you soooo much!!! Zack and John did a great job. They were knowledgeable, polite and professional replacing a water heater on Sunday with no addition weekend charges. They arrived on time and worked efficiently. Rachel, who handles the scheduling, was also a pleasure to work with and did a great job getting someone here on a weekend.
